Lavaggi e finitura Hetzer 38(t)

Pittura Hetzer
1- Ho spruzzato il primer Caos Black Citadel
2- Skull White Citadel sulle parti superiori
3- Matt 29 Humbrol su tutto il carroarmato
4- Mimetica a tre toni

Painting Hetzer

1 - I sprayed the primer Citadel Chaos Black

2 - Citadel Skull White on the upper parts

3 - Matt 29 Humbrol on the whole tank

4 - Camo three tones

     - On the whole hull XF57 (70%) XF60 (30%)

     - With the masking tape Tamiya I did painting with XF64

-For the other spots I used the XF67

5 - The same, however, smaller spots were also reproduced on the wheels of the train rolling, while the black of Vallejo I reproduce the color of the rubber.

6 - After the complete drying of about three or four days I started washing.

     - I run a complete wash the hull with white spirit mixed with Matt33 Humbrol and Burnt umber oil.

7 - With a dry brush technique I picked the colors of camouflage lightening slightly in the upper parts of the hull.

8 - To age the cart I used oil colors Burnt umber, Cassel Earth,  Raw umber and Titanium White.First of all, though I wet the brush with walnut oil, rubbing gently on various parts of the hull and with small amounts of color I have done this aging by pulling the color from top to bottom, leaving those little streaks that you see, I left everything to dry under a 40Watt bulb for about 24 hours over four days not to heat too much plastic and deform it. Maybe I'll have to insist once more on aging, but for now it's okay.

This is an old method but saves a little money. The new techniques are great but cost without detracting from the progress so always try to get good results.
